This programme has been created based on my 15 years experience in the health and fitness industry. I will empower you to grow stronger physically, feel healthier, happier and to unleash your true potential.
By joining the MPowered man team you will have full access to all MPower workouts including a full workout library of strength, high intensity conditioning and core exercises which you can do in the gym or at home.
Hints, tips, recipes and nutrition guidance and support that will empower you to take control of your nutrition discovering what works for you.
I will guide and support you to develop and maintain a positive mindset that will empower you to succeed in taking control of your health,wellbeing and fitness.
We will have regular coaching calls to keep you accountable, technique review to ensure that you achieve the best results possible.
Motivation comes from within. Sometimes we need a new plan, a new goal or a new direction to spark motivation. This programme gives you that with regular accountability calls with me and a detailed training programme that will give you the results you want.
I will guide you through functional flexibility tests,mobility routines and show you how to perform each exercise with the correct technique to ensure you can work around or reduce any current physical challenge.
From bodyweight to barbells. This programme makes any exercise challenging and stimulating enough with very limited equipment. If you have access to a fully equipped gym then great, if not that is no problem as we can adapt to whatever equipment you have available.
We all perform better when we are held accountable for our actions. The coaching calls with me are designed specifically for that reason, we will discuss what is working well for you, what areas you need to improve on and what action points we need to implement to make those changes.
If you have a clear goal that you want to achieve then thats great. I also believe the goal to simply move better, feel healthier and be happier is what some men want. Whatever your goal we will work together to establish it and help you achieve that goal.
